By downloading or using Glassly (“the app”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app, its source code, design, user interface, text, graphics, the “Glassly” name, and the logo are owned by Sahaj Sinha (“we”) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights reserved. Third-party open-source components remain the property of their respective owners and are listed in the app’s “Open source licenses” screen.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you control, for your own personal use.
Glassly offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (Plus, billed monthly; Pro, billed yearly). Subscriptions purchased on our website are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record), which charges your chosen payment method at purchase and at the start of each renewal period until you cancel — manage or cancel any time from your account page at glasslyai.com. Where in-app purchase is available, payment is instead charged to your Google Play account and managed in Google Play → Subscriptions. Prices vary by region and are shown before purchase. A subscription is linked to your Glassly account and unlocks the app on any device you sign in to.
Glassly is a cosmetic wellness tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice. For any medical skin concern, consult a qualified professional.
